Now in its third printing this is the signature cookbook for all of the great food that people have come to expect from the Lodge. Karen and Mark have amassed a collection of over 300 recipes that include all of the Lodge signature dishes plus a few more. This collection not only has easy to follow directions that make for great food, but serving suggestions and some of the stories behind the scenes as well. Hardcover. 311 pages or so.
