The Snowbird Lodge Dinner Menu features a four-course gourmet meal drawing on Locally Available Products like Carolina Mountain’s Rainbow Trout, seasonal produce grown on property and at Stoney Hollow Farm across Lake Santeetlah. Each meal includes a soup, choice of appetizer or salad, a selection of entrees and a Dessert Menu featuring homemade desserts. Dinner guests can choose from our extensive Wine List for wine, champagne, and sparkling wines by the glass or bottle.
We are able to accommodate non-overnight guests for any meal by reservation.
